Excellent Power
We have an old air compressor to nail baseboard moldings in our renovation projects (DIY). The air compressor is just very cumbersome for our DIY purpose. We tried a cheap electric nailer and had very poor results. We stuck to our air gun for a while. It was a drag every time we used it. We finally decided to try this Skil rechargeable unit. The results were just surprisingly good. It did everything well in our DIY projects. In addition to nailing moldings, we also used it to nail door frames without any issue. We are happy with this tool.

Great but does not shoot all of the nails
The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome but a heads up, I ran my first clip through flawlessly but when I reloaded it I could not get it to fire. After messing with it for a while it began working great again until I had to reload again and then would not fire. After this happing a few times I realized that it locks out like it's empty with 3 or 4 nails left in it , but you can not see them in there when you go to reload. You have to make sure you clear those 3 or 4 nails before reloading. Since then I have not had any issues at all and have fired at least 3,000 nails through it. Just thought it was odd that it doesn't shoot the last 3 or 4 nails, maybe it's just the one I have.

Makes projects easier!
This really makes projects easier. It may be heavier than a compressed air type, but I don't have to haul around a compressor!

I use this way more than I should. Great product. Battery has lasted 4 months of weekend sporadic use building small boxes, installing wall and window trim and random other needs.
