If you are reading. The Cost of Discipleship, I would recommend this book. It answered many questions I had about the original text. The Cost of Discipleship is an amazing book. Lots to think about. I would also recommend- Bonhoffer- Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy by Eric Metaxas (also available on Amazon). It is a very large book but VERY readable..

Not a bad little companion book. Used it to help with a study group along with the actual book.

These Shepherd’s Notas are the perfect companion to the actual read/book. I still read the Cost of Discipleship after reading each chapter in the Shepherd’s Notes. They go hand in hand to bring further understanding to Dietrich’s deep and profound truths.

This is a commentary on “the cost of discipleship“. It is not the actual book.

Warning : this is not The Cost Of Discipleship, even though the front cover makes it look like it is......instead it is the note guide for the book . Just don’t want you to make a mistake like I did. I thought it was the book with a guide in it , it’s not. I think the cover is deceptive.
