Is the light supposed to be dull? I just got mine in the mail, it was already blinking red and it is so dull.

It is bright. It should not be blinking when you get it and when it is new it would be off. Let them know it came blinking and it is dull, they will send you another one.

What is the difference from"Eco and Card"
