I was using Routine for last 3 years, it’s not bad but I was still losing hair. Once I switched to Botana I definitely noticed my hair getting longer, I noticed it more in the crown area where it barely grew before it was all baby hair before. The hair loss slowed down I still experience it but not bad as it was before. I love the smell. Oh I forgot to mention it doesn’t dry out the hair like Routine did.

I have aged color treated and cancer survivor hair- meaning, it is thinning and seems to fall out more often than the average person. Anyway, after reading about this type of shampoo, decided to try. I have used it three times and have seen a remarkable difference in my hair. I have body, my hair stays cleaner longer ( up to four days now! as I do have oily hair) and it shines. Following the directions on its use is key. I like that when i comb it out wet it doesn't snag at all. that is a first for me. at 71 years old I have used many shampoos and hair treatments and none have been as successful for my straight fine and battled scared hair.

Very moisturizing and very concentrated so you don't need a lot. Just wish it came in a larger size.

Every shampoo I got was giving me psoriasis, but this one did not! It honestly gave me the best results. My scalp feels healthier, my hair is softer, and I’ve noticed less flaking and irritation. The scent is pleasant, and a little goes a long way. I’m so relieved to have finally found a shampoo and conditioner that work for me

This took my hair clean out. It breaks off everyday. This is a chemical product and not a natural product. This is not the same as the regular batana oil. I used it twice just to be sure but omg, I am losing too much hair because of a shampoo and conditioner. This is just from combing it out and it is the second one.

If I could buy a case of this at one time I do it! If I could give this a larger rating than a five I would. This is everything it says it is and more. My hair has grown one and the smell that it leaves on your hair the fragrance is wonderful. I get so many compliments

One pump of the shampoo and lather is everywhere! This will last quite a while for me! I really like this product! The smell is delicious and it left my 4c hair soft not dry like I’ve read in other reviews. BUT the conditioner was a struggle because the pump malfunctioned. The conditioner is really thick, which is fine, but it came out of the neck of the pump first and then out of the pump (see photo). It was a struggle but I got enough out for this session. Customer service was gracious enough to accept a return and issue a refund. I am willing to buy it again IF they’ll do some quality control, fix this issue and confirm it’s fixed in their product description. Otherwise, I’ll move on because I shouldn’t have to fight with a bottle to condition my hair. #3stars
