I made extra large cupcakes today using one box of the two. They came out light and fluffy. Filled the cupcake containers half full and they raised up to have a nice round top. Too bad the buttercream frosting I purchased at the same time was unusable. But I did have other frosting I could top them with. Can't wait to eat one for dessert tonight!!

We use this mix to make old fashioned oatmeal cookies. They came out great! I haven't been able to find this product in the stores, so ordered online so that I could make my brother's vacation extra special to have something from our childhood. Thanks Duncan Hines.

I have used this cakemix for years. It is hard to find spice cake anymore. I served it at a Day of the Dead training as spice cake is traditional. Folks had never had it before and absolutely loved it. I put a cool whip topping by adding a little instant vanilla pudding to the cool whip to stabalize it and a bit of cinnamon. Great taste and very light for a hot summer day. The brand is great and the flavor is amazing.
