Electrolyte Alternative
I love this electrolyte powder as a way to get my mineral levels up without drinking Gatorade or a nasty tasting adrenal cocktail. It is very clumpy, so I blend it and put it back in the container. I mix it with a little tangerine juice and water for a refreshing drink. I use a mini whisk to mix it. Great product!

Can’t us product
Received product on time. It is hard as a rock. I can’t use it and I can’t get my money back. Not buying supplements from Amazon again.

UNACCEPTABLE PRODUCT CONDITION
I've purchased this product 13 times, The last two one was clumpy chunks and the second was a solid brick of what is usually a powder. It's an ultra premium product with a price to match...UNACCEPTABLE.

Mt Capra is always high quality, but this isn't for me
I have ordered items from Mt Capra before. in general, I love the quality of their products. They make good stuff. and I like how local their whole process is, and love how much they get out of their happy goats. All of that said, not sure I get this product. I mean, I understand adding trace minerals, and I am sure this does it well, but it is an extract of goat milk and is not cheap, so I wonder if I wouldn't just be better served getting one of their other products. Not sure. At any rate, what you get here is some extract of goat milk apparently designed to give you the electrolytes and minerals your body needs to stay hydrated more efficiently over regular water. As I mentioned, I am sure it does that. Hard to tell just adding it to water once a day though. And, let me tell you about adding it to water... Scoop, dump, stir. And stir. And stir. Drink? Nope, more stirring. And stirring. Now? No, still clumps. Should I have done this with hot water? milk? why won't it mix? ah well, guess I will drink the clumps... That will happen everytime. So... love Mt Capra and their whey protein, meal replacements, etc... but not sure I understand this one. Gets four stars though because the quality is there, I am sure it does what they say it does, but... I don't get it.

Unusual but high-quality electrolyte powder
This is the oddest electrolyte powder I've ever had -- which does NOT mean it's bad, just atypical. I bought it to use with my colonoscopy prep instead of Gatorade. I tasted it upon receiving it and realized that was not going to work; it isn't flavored--most have a sports-drink type of flavor, and this is more like a milk powder. Still not a bad thing; sports drink flavorings have their place, and it's honestly refreshing to have an alternative. I just needed to figure out how to use it. I decided it might be good mixed with my morning collagen powder. The Mt Capra whey powder doesn't taste great, so it needs to be mixed with something that does, and with my chocolate collagen (which I mix in coffee), it tastes like hot chocolate/mocha. That's a good way to infuse electrolytes daily. It actually kind of wakes me up and refreshes me after taking it this way. Another way to use this would be to add to a smoothie -- I know, all health powders that don't taste great are recommended to be added to smoothies, and you can put only so many things in your smoothie! I happen to not even drink smoothies often, so I prefer the coffee method, but smoothie is a good alternative. If you drink milk or non-dairy milk, you can add in there, but make sure you use a milk frother or other kind of blender because it mixes better with hot items (I use the milk frother on my mocha drink). Otherwise it will clump. Overall, I think this is a very high-quality grass-fed product and a very attractive way to add whole-food electrolytes and trace minerals to your diet. It is pricey, so I'd have to really have a special need for this, or just use it sporadically when I need a boost. I'm not sure I could justify this as a daily product without that significant need. But it's a very good supplement.

high quality, trusted name, clean ingredients, but expensive, caused insomnia
I am a big fan of Mt Capra, I keep their powdered goat milk and goat cream in my pantry and when I feel the need theirs is the colostrum I turn to. I take electrolytes already but was looking for something I could mix in with my daily chai or hot cocoa because the electrolytes I use do not go with dairy at all, so I thought I would try this. The ingredients are great, really clean, and I don’t detect any flavor from this. It took a bit of stirring (remember I’m mixing this in hot beverages) but it does eventually mix completely. I noticed the first two nights I used this that had insomnia. The third day I didn’t use this, and no insomnia, the fourth day tried it again and insomnia, and that’s when I suspected a connection, so I kept experimenting and every day I used this I had insomnia and any day I didn’t I was fine. I can’t say this would happen to anyone else, it is just by experience. This coupled with it being very expensive is why I only have it three stars for just “okay”, if you don’t get insomnia from it and you can afford fifty bucks for this then it is a five star item.

Really Like These
I tend to stay dehydrated and am always having to supplement with something to help that. I have tried all different types of electrolytes and liquid trace minerals. I love that I get both in these and while it took a little getting used to for this, I like taking this powder form. That means I can control the dose and use as much or as little as I need to. It doesn't always dissolve just perfectly. It can be a little pasty but I just put some in a water bottle that's not all the way full and shake it really well. I didn't feel weird on this of have palpitations. I believe it is effective and probably just what I need. I hope they will get more so I can continue to take.
