1/2 cup is 5 points. I use it for making The Mudhuatler donuts and waffles. Check out his page The Mudhustler...he has great recipes with low WW points.

Unless these vary by flavor or variety, the packages I have, Performance Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix with Whey Protein, absolutely lists soy. At the very bottom of the Nutrient Facts label, it reads: "CONTAINS: WHEAT, EGG, MILK, SOY." The full ingredient list is: Unbleached What Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate (Whey Protein Concentrate, Lecithin), Evaporated Cane Juice, Vital Wheat Gluten, Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Corn Startch), Eggs, Salt, Natural Flavors.
