Sturdy and Attractive
This pan rack is sturdy and attractive and was very easy to assemble. I would recommend two people for hanging though—it’s not terribly heavy, but it would be difficult to level and measure by yourself. It comes with 12 hooks, but unless your pans vary widely in length, I think it would be hard to fit more than 6 pans without scratching the pans or your wall. I recommend checking the diameter of the pots you plan to put on the shelf before buying. A large stock pot probably won’t fit.

Nice!
Went into a space formerly occupied by an overhanging cabinet with a microwave oven cutout. Cabinet was big honking thing, blocking light and basically a useless eyesore. This rack for great in that space, opened up the room, addition of a small shelf below it matches well. Decent and sturdy construction to support more cast iron I have coming. Included hardware for mounting to sheetrock is an accident waiting to happen, definitely recommend toggle bolts if you can’t go to studs. Studs did not line up in my case to have it centered there, so I caught the ceiling crown studs at the crucial top support point, toggles elsewhere, so it’s not going anywhere. Nice update to an older kitchen.

Sturdy, nice looking
This pot rack is a great space saver! I have six heavy copper pots on it and more items on the shelf and it's holding up fine. BUT DO NOT use the screws and anchors in the box! They are weak, stripped and had to get one out with a screwdriver, and didn't hold the rack in drywall. Make sure at least one of the brackets is screwed into a stud and use metal butterfly type screws for the rest of the rack. The black screws I bought look better than the silver that came with this thing. Make sure to attach the brackets with the screws facing up and the nut on the shelf (my bad, but good to know in advance).

Great pot-rack... terrible fasteners (but so what?)
Do yourself a favor and get some good quality zinc drywall fasteners if this is to be mounted on a sheetrock wall. Or for maximum holding power, old-school toggle bolts. I opted for the former and it's plenty strong as long as you can hit the two studs. Speaking of which, while you're at the hardware store, pick up some decent deck screws for the studs. And you may want to drill pilot holes in the studs AT AN ANGLE so that the body of your drill-screwdriver isn't crowded out by the shelf. Otherwise (as one of the other reviewers noted) you'd need a long extension for your screwdriver. The included screws appear to be aluminum and could be easily torn up by an electric screwdriver. And the included plastic fasteners? I did try them and they appear to have been designed for a masonry wall... certainly NOT for a hollow stud wall covered in sheetrock... in which they remain wiggly and never really tighten up. Fortunately, the 5/16" holes I had drilled for them were perfect for zinc fasteners, which worked like a charm. However, all that said... I LOVE THE POT RACK! IT'S PERFECT.
