I have been drinking Thirsty on the daily for about 8 months now. Let me tell you, it has helped me in so many ways. First, I do shift work and can't always keep a steady work out routine. Thirsty is the 1st thing I drink every day when I get up. It helps knowing that I'm getting all my B vitamins and hydration. When I am at work and start to feel like I'm losing energy I will drink another. Yes I keep a Thirsty at work and home.I have had all 3 flavors, all great, but Lemonade is my personal favorite. Sometimes I do a half scoop of Strawberry Snowcone and half a Lemonade, to make a Strawberry Lemonade Snowcone💪.One of the biggest noticeable physical changes has been my skin. I have struggled with dry, red skin and dandruff my entire life. Since I started drinking Thirsty on the daily the red, dry skin, and dandruff is gone! So much so that my barber has made numerous comments about how much it has improved!Overall a 10 out of 10! Quality products from a quality brand!
