One word of caution. There are 2 different 'packages'. Buy the one that's a bit more expensive. It's MUCH better. This is a good quality & good tasting meal for those nights when you beef something healthy & FAST!

I've been pleasantly surprised with these meals. Half the cost of other meal programs like Factor, tastes just as good and you don't have to join anything. You just order when you want to, no shipping charges and they're delivered quickly. I've tried several meal programs and this is my favorite. Mainly because of the price for the quality of the food and that it fills me up a lot more than some of the other programs. The company seems to really have it together. Give it a try and if you like it go to their website and you'll see a lot more variety.

I personally, did not like them ! I was very disappointed! I don’t care to go into the taste, or the way they were put together. I can truthfully say, I spent money on something to TRY and found it sounded good was but was not what I liked! Live and Learn is the way I go by. The calorie content was ok, food was strong flavor, taste too strong to me!

Very good meals, just small in size. Purchased them for a man, and although he thought they were good, he thought they were a little too small for the price.

Love these meals They have great flavor and a lot in them. I recommend these to anybody that wants a good high protein diet.

It’s affordable and tastes so good! Awesome variety to choose from, so you won’t get bored. I hate having to cook plus this will hopefully help me loose weight and get back on track.
