Great product that gives me peace of mind
Exploring new technologies for my dog, Rocco, led me to the Invoxia tracker after learning about it on an online forum. Despite being quite tech-savvy and having experience with another connected dog product, Fi, I was initially hesitant about the Invoxia tracker's features. However, my concerns were unfounded. The tracker has excelled in GPS, health, and activity tracking, crucial for monitoring Rocco's condition after his seizures. It's comfortable for him, easy to set up, and the heart and breathing rate monitoring features are particularly useful. While the app's content could improve, the overall experience has been highly positive, making it easy to recommend to others.

Don't waste your money on this
I recently purchased this GPS Tracker and it has been a complete disappointment. Here's why you shouldn't waste your money on this device: 1 - Limited functionality: The GPS doesn't work everywhere. It requires your phone to be connected via Bluetooth for it to function in some areas, which defeats the purpose of having a GPS tracker. If the device can't track my pet independently, it's essentially useless. 2 - Inconsistent GPS performance: The GPS works sporadically at best. This inconsistency means you can't rely on it to provide real-time tracking of your pet. One moment it shows your pet's location, and the next, it goes offline. 3 - Questionable health metrics: The device lacks visible sensors to measure health metrics accurately. The data it generates seems to be a highly inaccurate approximation. When I compared the app's health data to actual measurements of my pet, the discrepancies were significant, rendering the data unreliable. 4 - Random health data capture: Health metrics are captured randomly throughout the day, but not consistently or frequently. You can't request a reading from the mobile app or see real-time data, making it unclear how this information adds any value. This randomness and infrequency make it impossible to trust or use the data effectively. 5 - Poor customer support: To add to the frustration, the customer support service was slow and unhelpful. It took six days from the time I submitted my support request to receive my refund for the annual subscription, with several days between responses. The solutions offered were vague and not helpful. Although I did eventually receive my $129.95 back, I was genuinely worried about not getting my money refunded, which is not a small amount. 6 - Better alternatives available: There are better options on the market at a much lower cost. The idea behind this product is good, but the execution is terrible. I'm tired of companies selling "unfinished" products at a high cost, expecting customers to be patient without explaining them that what they're buying is practically a prototype. This is especially unacceptable for a device meant to be used on something as precious as your pet. In conclusion, at this moment, this GPS pet tracker fails to deliver on its promises and lacks basic functionality. Save your money and look for a more reliable and cost-effective option. Perhaps in the future, with a more evolved and tested product, they could offer a better experience.

Peace of Mind
I purchased this product for the GPS tracking and activity monitoring. I do not have a fenced yard so the GPS tracker works great for finding his location on the rare times my dog decides to run off. The activity tracker allows me to track his daily activity. Especially when kenneled so I can be sure he’s getting proper exercise . The cardio and respiratory are nice features. As are the beta features for monitoring eating, playing, barking, drinking and being petted. Very pleased with the battery life and also water proof. Has met and exceeded my expectations. The app is also user friendly.

Updated review on customer service
I previously posted the review below but updating it. I initially did not receive the best customer service but once I was advised to return the product and buy directly from their site, things improved. Once I received the device directly from their website, installation was flawless. I’ve since been using the device on my dachshund who was diagnosed with stage B2 mitral valve disease for 5 months. The reason I purchased the device was to monitor respiratory rate which is important for this disease since increased respiratory rate could indicate advancement to heart failure. You can count respiratory breaths on your own when they are sleeping but we have a dachshund who prefers to go off on his own to sleep making it challenging to measure. This does this automatically so it gave us peace of mind that we were tracking it. It also provides other metrics like heart rate and activity level. The respiratory rate from the device seems to match what we measure so it seems accurate. We don’t use the location tracking since it’s not why we purchased the device but imagine it could be useful if he got lost. My only suggested improvement on the device is if it could measure respiratory rate and heart rate in real time. I received the device over a week ago and still unable to use it since the set up procedure with the app will not work despite trying 3 different phones. I received a response from customer service about a week ago with tips which didn’t work and still waiting to hear back. I’m very disappointed since I really want to use the device on my dog who has mitral valve disease.

ok but not useful
The GPS functionality worked decently, size is ok, helping me track my dog’s location reliably most of the time, which is definitely a plus for peace of mind when outdoors. The device is compact and lightweight, fitting well on my dog's collar without causing discomfort. The health monitoring features like cardiac and respiratory scans are a standout concept; however, in practice, the data seemed inconsistent. Sometimes the app would show heart and breathing rates, but there were oscillations and delays in updates, making it hard to trust the readings fully. The activity and well-being analysis were insightful to a degree, tracking walks and playtime fairly accurately, but some other behaviors like barking or resting were less reliable. Battery life impressed me, lasting nearly two weeks as promised, and installation was straightforward. Yet, the app's interface could be more user-friendly and responsive. Notifications were useful but occasionally delayed, which is not ideal for real-time monitoring.

Works well
I got this product to monitos my dogs breathing and heart rate in resting mode because he was diagnosed with DCM and I wanted to make sure he doesn't have arhytmia or tachycardia. It def works. The only downside is that 1. You have to be connected within Bluetooth range to be able to read the results. And 2. It doesn't really give u a real time read. But it doesn't monitor ir throughout the day. I haven't use it for location.

Amazing product and aftercare
We’ve been super happy and have been advocating for the tracker with our specialist vet and other vets in South Africa. We’ve successfully managed to reduce our bostie baby’s furosemide dosage through tracking her heart and respiratory rates and sending to the specialist regularly. This means we’ve managed to keep her kidney disease stable as the diuretic assists with fluid retention caused by heart disease, however high dosages really affects her kidneys and she’s already got kidney disease and diabetes so very complicated case. Prior to the tracker, we had two separate fainting spells which was very scary , since then we’ve really managed by keeping ourselves informed.
