We call the 569™ Loose Straight our modern, laid-back fit. These jeans sit low on your waist with a feel that's roomy, but not baggy, through the seat and thigh. And to finish things off? A classic straight leg.

Levi’s are perfect.
Excellent fit. My husband is very picky about jeans. They fit perfect. Colors were great and size was excellent. Great price and the materials is durable. There is some stretch to the jeans and the zipper works as it should. Very comfortable from the start.

Mens jeans
The Levi’s Men’s 569 Loose Straight Fit Jeans are a great pick if you like comfort with a relaxed look. They’re roomy without being sloppy, the denim feels durable, and they keep their shape well after washing. A solid everyday pair of jeans.

Favorite jeans
These are my favorite jeans. I don't like my jeans tight and these jeans are loose enough but not too loose. They are not too thick so feels very comfortable. These are the jeans I buy when I need new pants.

Nice Jeans, but not a "true 36 inseam....
So, first off, I've been wearing Levis' 569 since the 2010, back when they were TRULY LOOSE FIT STRAIGHT. Back around 2012, Levi's changed the cut of the 569s to fit more like "relaxed" straight instead of "loose" straight. I'm going to chalk this up to society's taste in clothing going "slim".Now about the jeans I just ordered. They are decent. The color is amazing. I love dark rinsed jeans. These are "looser" then some of the previous 569s that I've owned over the past couple of years. For that, I am immensely grateful. I will say that the denim itself is on the thinner side, feeling like I could catch a doorknob and tear a hole in them. So I'm going to 7 out of 10 on the fabric itself. Now for the sizing. I've always believed that the inseam should start, or be mesured where the inner pant leg seam and crotch meet. On my older 569s my 36 inseams were actually 36 at the bottom of the hem, when measured as I have done in the picture attached. These are about 34.5.Mind you, I am truly 6'6" barefoot, so my legs are long. I'm not sure what Levi's are doing, but they need to get it together. The jeans are long enough, and I'm pleased with them, and they were priced effectively so I'm going to keep them.Hopefully this review helps SOMEONE. I am satisfied with my purchse... with reservations of course. I'd buy them again at this price point tho.

Levi's 569 are perfect
These Levi's 569 jeans are PERFECT! I was wanting a new pair of baggy jeans, but not too baggy or oversized too. The shape of the Levi's 569 is an exquisite mix of baggy/oversized. I ordered the 'catch my drift' color way and the color is a grey washed denim, which look SO SICK! The sizing is spot on, just like most Levi's are. I wear a 36 inch waist, and I ordered the 36 inch. They fit so great! The denim is also somewhat flexible, and stretches plenty so you don't feel restricted while wearing them. I have been skateboarding in them multiple times, and the pants are so comfortable and durable to the rigors I've put them through. Overall, I'd definitely recommend trying these out! These jeans are absolutely one of my favorites! The price is worth every penny! 10/10 rating!

Still nothing like the original
A little background on me. I've been wearing Levi's since I was in my late teens, I'm 45 now. I started with the 550's back when the peg leg and rolling jeans was all the rage. The 550's didn't give me the room in the thighs that I liked so I switched to the 560's, still with the tapered leg. In my late teens, the peg leg lost its flavor and I graduated to the 569's and then to the Silver Tab Baggy, which I thoroughly loved and enjoyed wearing throughout my twenties and early to mid thirties. Then something terrible happened. The skinny jean craze. With that, I lost the comfort of my loose fitting Silver tab baggies and 569's. Levi's in their ultimate wisdom <sarcasm> decided to change the cut but keep the same jean designator. No longer do my jeans give me that roomy feeling in my thighs. While they don't fit like true skinny jeans, they still don't provide that "roomy and baggy" fit of true 569's. They hug the thighs too much for my taste. I have a pair of original cut 569's and a pair of original cut Silvertab baggies that are almost 11 years old and I am babying them with my life. Sadly, the leg cuff is showing serious signs of age. I was hoping, based on the latest reviews, that these jeans were closer to the original cut. Sadly I was wrong. They still fit tight in the thighs....and they are pretty low cut. No where close to the original cut except in the butt and the leg opening. When ordering, be sure to order at least a size if not two sizes smaller. I'm a 34 but ordered a 32 and they fit perfectly. This has always been the case for me when I buy Levi's.I ordered the vintage light which is a thinner more stretchy material and the rugged which is a slightly heavier, non-stretchy material. I'll keep them because I have given up hope of ever finding original, loose fitting, baggy Levi's.So if you remember the baggy, loose fitting Levi's of the late 90's and early 00's, you're not going to find them with these jeans.....keep looking. And by all means, if you happen to find the unicorn of Levi's jeans, please reply and let me know where you found them.
