Great scooter for my 9 year old. He loves it and it goes fast enough. The durability is great and it’s well built. Was super easy to put together or I should say the lack of! Would definitely buy again!

Had our scooter just over a year. Kids love it. Ran into a small issue with the battery and Segway came through! They sent us a prepaid label to ship, great communication about the shipping and receiving our scooter. It was repaired and shipped back in less than a week. I am overly impressed with how Segway handled this from start to finish. We also own the Segway go cart and another scooter and cannot say enough great things. Do not buy an inferior brand, you will be disappointed. Well done Segway

Love these for my kids, safe for younger kids. I do wish they had a light other than the lights in the bottom. They are fun to ride, hold over 145+ pounds with ease. Worth the money. Quick charging time and lots of power for the battery.

THERE ARE LITERALLY 5 REASONS SEGWAY STOPS YOU FROM ENJOYING THEIR SCOOTERS. AND THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT IT. 1. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INTERNET OR BLUETOOTH YOU CAN'T USE THE SCOOTER. 2. YOU WILL THINK THE SCOOTER IS BROKEN FRESH OUT THE BOX BECAUSE IT JUST BEEPS AND FLASHES LIKE CRAZY WHEN TURNED ON AND DOESN'T WORK. USER MANUAL JUST TELLS YOU IT'S BROKEN WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS. 3. ONCE YOU FIND THE PROPER SET UP INSTRUCTIONS "ONLINE" YOUR SCOOTER WILL ONLY GO 6.2MPH. 4. YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A SEGWAY APP AND START AN ACCOUNT USING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO DISABLE THE SAFETY FEATURES ALLOWING YOUR SCOOTER TO GO FASTER, IN MY CASE 10MPH LIKE SERIOUSLY 10MPH FROM 6.2MPH A SAFETY FEATURE!! 5. BUT FIRST YOU NEED TO CONNECT YOU SCOOTER USING BLUETOOTH FROM YOUR SEGWAY APP AND THE SCOOTER. AND GUESS WHAT?? IT DIDN'T CONNECT!!! I TRIED IT WITH MY PHONE AND THEN MY IPAD AIR 2 SO AN ANDROID AND AN APPLE PRODUCT NEITHER WORKED. 6. ON TOP OF ALL THAT THERE ARE 3 SETTINGS ON THE SCOOTER FOR SPEED! LIKE WHY?? HOW MANY SAFETY FEATURES AND SETTING DO YOU NEED FOR A SCOOTER THAT GOES MAX 10MPH!!! SO ONE SETTING WHEN YOU PRESS THE BUTTON IS LITERALLY A SAFETY SETTINGS OF 6.2MPH WHICH NOW MY SCOOTER ONLY GOES BECAUSE IT WON'T CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH FOR SOME REASON. I TRIED RESETTING THE SCOOTER BUT NOTHING! THE OTHER 2 SETTINGS WHEN YOU PRESS THE POWER BUTTON ARE TURBO MODE AND CRUISE WHICH BOTH ARE SUPPOSED TO GO 10MPH. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND WHY WOULD YOU MAKE A SCOOTER ESPECIALLY FOR A CHILD OF 8 TO 12 YEARS OLD THIS HARD TO USE??!?? WHY?? LIKE I'M SO PISSED I CAN'T STAND IT!@ MERRY CHRISTMAS UPDATE: AFTER LOOKING ONLINE EXTREMELY ANGRY I FOUND OUT THAT THIS VERSION OF SEGWAY SCOOTER DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A BLUETOOTH FUNCTION. APPARENTLY THE ZING E-SERIES ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT DONT USE THE SEGWAY APP EVEN THOUGH YOUR TOLD TO DOWNLOAD IT, POINTLESS. SO I FOUND THE ANSWER TO WHY THIS SCOOTER WILL NOT GO FASTER THAN 6.2MPH, BESIDES IT BEING A POINTLESS SAFETY FEATURE, SO THE SCOOTER WILL NOT GO 10MPH UNTIL YOU USE IT FOR 0.6 MILES AT THE 6.2MPH! ME AND MY SON TOOK THE SCOOTER ALL THE WAY TO THE 7/11 LITTLE LESS THAN HALF A MILE FROM MY HOME AND BACK AND IT STILL HAS NOT KICKED THE MOTOR INTO FULL POWER BUT MY SON GOT BORED OF USING THE SLOW SCOOTER AND STOPPED RIDING IT BEFORE THE SAFETY MODE COULD DEACTIVATE. WHY SEGWAY?

Bought for our daughter's birthday and she's been loving zipping around on it. It's quite quiet and seems fast enough for her needs. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long.

We purchased these for the grandkids for Xmas last year. They absolutely love them. They hold a charge and move pretty fast. Their parents were jealous and wanted to ride them.

Outstanding scooter. Purchased for grandson and he smiled all day. Very sturdy, doesn’t feel like a toy, feels heavy duty.

It is solidly built—and works well so far. (I bought it a couple months ago and gave it to him yesterday for his birthday).

VERY well built! And the app makes it great to teach little kids on! You can set the top speed with the app until they are good enough to ride a little faster. Height adjustable handle bars are a big plus! AND ACTUAL brakes! Not just an electronic motor brake or step on fender brake, which makes this scooter safer to ride.

Según yo lo compre a buen precio cerca de 5 , me gusta que es muy estilizado, no trae luz ni pantalla, la batería dura como 40 minutos , en comentarios de otras personas ponen que no sirve, que ( pita mientras lo usan y va a una velocidad de como 10 km) pero lo arregle ENCENDIDO PRECIONAS EL FRENO Y EÑ ACELERADOR DURANTE 5 SEGUNDOS Y SE REINICIA Y LISTO LO ENCIENDES DENUEVO Y YA!

Me gustó en general el patín hecho de material resistente, en cuanto a la velocidad es excelente ya que para los niños es controlable. Recomendado!

I bought the Segway Ninebot C2 Pro Electric KickScooter for my son and it’s been fantastic. It’s sturdy, safe, has great battery life, and he absolutely loves riding it. Highly recommend for kids!

This has been a great investment for my 11 year old, who cannot seem to keep a bike from falling apart within 2 months. So far its been 6 months and it is still running and charging great!
