Organic Japanese Style - Unpasteurised Living Miso (500g)

I’m a repeat customer and am so glad Mi-So Japanese Miso is back in stock. This is an amazing addition to the kitchen. It can be consumed on its own as a hot drink or be added to various dishes. I haven't found a miso product that tastes this good. It has a triple combination of nutrients: Living miso, mushrooms, and seaweed. Yes, it is pricey, but it is a 500g jar and excels in quality. I appreciated the touch of Persian poetry with my dose of vitality.

This product is absolutely top class -mild , not too salty and a delicious drink of a teaspoon in a quarter of a pint of bone broth is So satisfying . Long may your business thrive !

Utterly delicious, first time I have bought this version with the mushrooms, I have had Navi Miso, which was the best I ever tasted. This is going on my permanent shopping list, as this is even better than that

Excellent surprise. I have often ordered miso soup at a restaurant. Now I have an excellent miso soup every morning from the organic Japanese style - unpasturised living miso jar. and it is excellent. Mu gut bioe also benefits from the live bacteria when I use it with peanut butter as a very tasty spread on sourdough bread. I am sorry that I didn't I know about this product before.

I've enjoyed miso soup for a while but wanted to find one that didn't involve small plastic sachets. This fitted the bill perfectly - the glass jar and lid can be recycled. My one criticism is that there was no direction as to how much to use per serving - I've started with one tablespoon per mug and adjusted according to how I feel and the size of the mug. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and will buy it again.
