you have to cutout a hole on the rubber mat and attached the retaining ring yourself. retaining ring is made of cheap plastic. Which detaches from time to time.

These are moulded to be vehicle specific and fit my '07 XC70 no problem. They didn't have Weathertechs for my make/model and this is the only non-universal option I could find. Good buy, don't hesitate.Customer service through Amazon was great too. They reached out to confirm my make/model before they shipped.
