I don’t even know where to start other than by saying BUY THIS! I’ve suffered from nightly cramps on both legs everywhere below my knees. They wake me up suddenly and repeatedly in pain. Let me tell you, I’ve tried the pickle juice (even laying in bed eating a concerningly large dill), ketchup, soap under the sheets and actual bars in my socks, tonic water, homeopathic tablets. Fantastic! I've had issues with severe cramping in both legs when I do long walks. I have used magnesium oil for the last 5 years. The oil works, but it leaves a residue that causes itching skin. I walked an 18 hole, hilly golf course a few days ago, and was cramping after the 12th hole. Normally, cramping sets in after I'm in bed, like a ninja attack. After I showered, I rubbed the lotion on all parts of both legs. No cramping that evening or overnight. I'm sold.

This magnesium cream does work for mild leg/feet cramping but it doesn’t absorb quickly. At least for me it doesn’t. I will continue to use because it does help. I like the scent. Very calming

When you try to lose weight, sometimes it is hard to balance the nutrients that your muscles need. (I am not a Dr. but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express one time, I'm just telling you my experience.) I had read that a magnesium deficit could lead to leg cramps. Mine got to the point where I couldn't get a good nights sleep because of the cramping. I was taking magnesium capsules that would sometimes work and quite frequently it wouldn't work. Sometimes I would over do the magnesium, which would result in horrible digestive "issues". And still it was hit or miss with the leg cramps. I had magnesium spray, but it didn't help me avoid leg cramps. Nothing was helping my leg cramps. My chiropractor recommend some over the counter magnesium lotion, so I got this 7 mineral magnesium. I have been using it almost religiously for about 8 weeks now. I haven't had what felt like a cramp where my toe was trying to touch my shin bone since starting with the lotion. I give it 3 stars. It did help me sleep and calm my knee and calf pain. Only thing is Im not sure if I put too much but I woke up from my sleep with the most painful headache. Ive never had a headache that bad. Maybe try a little bit at a time.

Smells great but not strong smell. The muscle cramps have stopped. I believe in it so much that I recently recommended it to a friend. I told her if she didn’t get relief from leg cramps that I would buy it from her.
