Comfortable

I purchased this item to support a torn intercostal muscle! It did the trick and kept me from gasping in pain every time I took a breath or moved! Who would ever guess a muscle between the ribs did so much work for the body. I have worn this to give myself a bit of a boost around the waistline as well and it is surprisingly comfortable when worn for several hours.

I have worn maiden form waist trainer before but with only one row of hooks and in a Large. I’m in my late 50’s, 160/5’8 and ordered the Medium with 3 rows of hooks and eye closures. I’m glad I did, it is sculpting and firm but not unbearable. I tried it on with the hooks close to the edge and the middle hooks and was very comfortable. The material is breathable but strong. I intended to let my stomach out and it’s after lunch and it fit well on a full stomach.

So hot it is very, very uncomfortable. Might b fine to wear on a cold winter day

Fits well and easy to put on. Does not roll up and I like that you can make adjustments as needed. Glad I purchased!
