Very good for yoga purposes.

The holder is very good 👍 but the eye cup and diya was very small and bad quality.

The concept is great, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The stand isn’t level—it’s tilted by about 1 degree, which completely throws off the whole Trataka practice. For something that’s meant to aid focused meditation, this is a big flaw. The craftsmanship also feels rushed. The brass दिया doesn’t sit securely—it’s just placed on top, when it clearly should’ve been fitted into the central hole. That small design change would’ve made a big difference in stability and usability. Overall, feels more like a decorative piece than a thoughtfully made meditation aid. Wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the alignment and diya placement.
