Si hacen la compra desde México, recomiendo que seleccionen la opción en la que cobran el envío y notifiquen al vendedor que use una empresa de paquetería de renombre como FedEx, DHL o UPS. En las entregas gratis se pueden usar contratistas que se roban los productos al llegar a México. Tuve que solicitar reembolso, la atención de Amazon fue excelente, hice estos ajustes y me llegó mi reloj sin problema cuando lo volví a comprar. Excelente producto.
