Hi bought this book years ago in HongKong,found out Amazon has a new edition bought 2for my friends and 1 myself .these are great books

i bought the first one when it first came out, still have it, it has been carted all around Australia, first cookbook packed for our relocations. This is an updated book, new recipes, great pictures & format. can't wait to try some of those wonderful recipes. Worth buying, don't hesitate.

This book is fabulous - I've had my copy since 1979 and have bought additional copies for family and friends. It is more than a cookbook it is a foodies cultural journey through Asia! Every home should have a copy!

I couldn't replace this fabulous book with a google search. You don't know what you're looking to try, unless you can flip through the pages of this interesting book. I'm going to love trying a new recipe each week.
