Nice case, good value
I like this case a lot. It protects the phone screen pretty well and the interactive features make using it very easy, which was a concern since I have never used a portfolio style case before. It fits very well of course and looks good. I've had several compliments on this case.The reason I gave it 4 stars: it collects fingerprints and scratches fairly easily. I understand some fingerprints but this case takes showing finger prints and skin oils to a whole new level. I have to wipe the cover off after every single use so now I have a new habit. Also, the cover has a couple of fairly deep scratches, which shouldn't be there since I take very good care of my phone. They won't affect the functionality of the case but at some point I'll have to replace the case just for the scratches.

... had a Samsung flip cover on my S7 and liked it a lot
I bought this because I had a Samsung flip cover on my S7 and liked it a lot. This one though...not so much. The face of the cover is glossy plastic that seems to have scratched very easily whilst in my pocket. I had another device in that pocket with it, also plastic and it looks like the cover plate lost the fight. It picks up prints like a sailor picks up prostitutes on shore leave. The S7 flip cover had a modest clear plastic area with material making up most of the real estate. The glossy plastic is pretty, but not for long :(
