I absolutely love these chairs. I bought 5 of them and they all have reached my expectation. Sturdy. Strong and easy on the eyes with the quality of leather. Would buy again over and over

It wasn't too hard to put together, but you better know your way around tools. Some of holes for screws and pins were painted over during the manufacturing process, so I recommend getting a bore brush like you would find in a gun cleaning kit, attaching it to a power drill and brushing out the holes. That seemed to do the trick for me.It came about a week late, but I blame that on FedEx and not the company. The box came a bit beat up, but the chair was fine. Artist Hand may want to consider switching to a different shipping company as I had to cancel my first order of this chair because it got lost.The chair is comfortable and sturdy and works as described so far. I've only had it a few days, so if things go bad quick, we will have a revisit. I have it on a carpet, sat my 225lb but in it and shook around pretty hard both upright and laid back. I wouldn't practice rodeo in it, but I don't think it will tip over under normal use, even on a rug. Good buy.Update: It's been over a year now of daily use. It's still in great shape. I use it to do my wife's hair an makeup (she has a movement disorder called Huntington's Disease that is similar to Parkinson's Disease). So she has a lot of problems sitting still. Even on carpet, fully raised and fully reclined, it's quite stable on carpet. Pumps up, and goes down with ease. Swivels well. Recline has no issues. The headrest spring lock can be a little difficult to use, but it's not a big deal. Still very comfortable.

This chair is very good quality, I was extremely picky about getting the right chair but the price was right and the quality is definitely there. I love how comfortable soft yet sturdy the chair is. I will definitely keep this brand in mind next time I buy more chairs. Thank you so much!!

Besides the broken plastic piece (which was for only aesthetics) that I had to superglue together one large chunk and five smaller ones, I’m giving this only one star because:** Description of tools required was nowhere. If I didn’t have a full repertoire of wrenches, channel-locks, and power screwdrivers, I would have been screwed (pun intended).** Instructions were vague. At several points I had to fit things together several different ways to figure out how it should come together.** Packaging was damaged... there was a lost washer and no additional screws or washers to misplace the ones that were lost, like so many companies do.** Quality was terrible. Some of the bolts were ones that were supposed to be removed to fit other items. Other bolts are to hold a single piece together... there were several that weren’t fully screwed in because they could not be fully screwed in. In addition, there was a simple hole & peg lineup that I had to take a hammer too and then bent the peg because hole wasn’t big enough. Had to figure out a way to widen the hole with my power tools just to get the peg in there.This item was labeled as “Made in China”... no surprise. Lots of quality problems and poor instructions is a recurring theme. I only wish Amazon would let buyers know where the production came from because there is a huge difference in quality of manufacturing from different countries. China is one of the worst, whereas Japan and the U.S. are one of the best. Germany and South Korean are also top of game. So if countries make laws and laws influence quality of manufacturing, why can’t we give consumer scores based on country of manufacturing?

The chair is everything I expected. It's very sturdy and well made. Not cheap looking or feeling at all. Instructions were trash but we searched it on YouTube and it was a breeze from there! Def worth every penny no damaged parts!

Ordered my first chair with sceptaeism, would it be comfortable , sturdy, well built, pleasant to look at and sit in. Would it be worth the price? Was not disappointed, ordered my 2 nd chair immediately.

When my chair first arrived the hydraulic fluid had leaked out so the pump did not work. The company was very nice and replaced the pump for me quickly. BUT after that I began putting it together and quickly realized it is very much a two person job and you MUST have tools already or you won’t be able to put it together because they do not provide any. The instructions were quite confusing for me, the pictures are not easy to follow. But after it’s all put together it is not a bad chair and I like that it’s shorter because my last one was too tall and hurt my back. If you're handy and you have someone who can help you I would say go for it.
