So I’ve experienced many pre workouts and this is by far the healthiest one I can find. Most pre workouts are so high in everything it’s terrible for long time use but this is the perfect amount of everything for longevity and to have killer workouts. Tastes good. Good price. Effective.

This is my second container and I love how it is clean ingredient product that I can trust and it does help me with pushing through my workout. It does not make you feel wired but it is more of a sour drink but I don’t mind that. I think it taste good

Let's start off with the taste, I love pineapple so I was expecting a delicious hydrating taste. This tastes more like a pineapple that's on its last days. I've been trying to cut my running time, with this supplement I added 30 seconds to my running time because I just felt completely off. It did dissolve very quickly. However, it did not give me the amount of energy that I needed or even the crazy tingle. I wish I could have tried a single serve sample in order to determine that it wasn't for me. $40 down the drain

If you're looking for something clean and effective. This is it. The pre workout is very good and it kicks in quick. The powder mixes well and in my opinion it has the perfect amount of caffeine. It’s strong.
