These were exactly like the ones you’re given in the hospital. They were great after surgery. Disposable and saved my panties from getting stained. Super convenient.

They gave these to me in the hospital, and they were so comfy I forgot that I was wearing them! I was sure that they would be crawling up in no time as I thrashed around in that uncomfortable hospital bed. But they didn't! As soon as I got out, I purchased a set of my own. They just look like boy shorts, so they aren't hideous like tidy whiteys.... Kinda cute, not institutional at all.

I had my daughter 17yrs ago, I wear these because of the comfort & flexibility. Working in scrubs, constantly bending down/leaning over, they stay right in place! Only down fall is that they do come undone in time. Hand washing if not too soiled, then air drying if you want to make them last longer.

Extremely itchy. Gave me a rash that ended up bothering me more than my actual c section even did. These also run incredibly small.

Purchased previously in XL. This Purchase in XL has a different manufacturer? Carez rather than Hansilk. Different colored waist band. Noticeably smaller. Reordered up a size, much happier.

I used these with cloth pads (unsnapped) and they worked great. I've always preferred these to any other garments after labor & delivery/ birth as they are tight enough to hold it together without squeezing or squishing. Held the pads in place without squishing the pads into me.
