these taste great. I take them before bed and I sleep like a baby.

I just got these so I will update soon with how they make me feel along with any other results I see. First impressions are good tho. They come sealed well. They didn’t stick together in the heat. The taste is great and not weird or off at all. The only thing I don’t like is the texture but that’s definitely not a deal breaker. It’s like melty and ever so slightly like a gel, just a little less dense and chewy.

Not a fan at how sugary and tacky these are, half of the gummy gets stuck in my teeth. Very hard to get the entire dose.

These taste great and I love that they also contain ashwaganda. They are easy to take, seem effective for sleep and pain relief.

The bottle says 60 gummies but there’s only 30 gummies. This is a scam.

The pineapple flavor is great and it tastes more like a snack to me.The contents are great and have many key beneficial ingredients that does a body good.It is also is at a great price point for what you get.If you’ve not tried the gummy form of magnesium, I urge you to give it a try.I think you’ll be just as pleased as I am .It’s hard to tell the benefits of this yet, but I definitely feel as good as when I take a pill form of magnesium.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I don't need gummies for sleep daily, but every once in a while I need a litle help calming down my mind and getting some rest. These are perfect in that capacity. They taste so good!! They taste almost like candy! I'm just getting into using magnesium instead of Melatonin for sleep and I feel so much better when I wake up after taking Magnesium than the fog I was feeling after taking melatonin for sleep. Would definitely recommend trying these just for that reason.

I'm usually critical of any vitamin/supplement gummies. They are glorified overpriced candy that are more flavoring than they are active, potent ingredients.Based just on the label, if the label is telling the truth, these gummies are surprisingly high quality....although supplement labels can be incredibly deceiving so I'm not completely convinced these are worth a 5 star rating. These boast a high mg count for not just a wide spectrum of different forms of magnesium (not all magnesium is created equal), but also some ashwagandha, lemon balm, and co-q 10 thrown in there for good measure.My only hesitation is that these do not TASTE like they are that potent in magnesium, ashwagandha, etc. Magnesium has a flavor to it in higher doses (especially if you aren't deficient, you can really pick up on the mineral taste). Even ashwagandha and lemon balm have distinct flavors. These just taste like candy, pure candy. And that's where I don't fully trust the company is telling the truth. Supplement companies can get away with lying wayyyyy easier than we like to believe and gummy products are top of the list for misleading label info! So.....buy at your own risk, I guess.If I let my distrust win, I'd rate these 1 or 2 stars but in an effort to be positive, the flavoring ingredients are less trashy than many brands, and yes, these taste phenomenal. They aren't carbohydrate free but they don't have refined sugars so at least they have that going for them. And no artificial sweeteners like sucralose, no maltitol (which has a higher GI index than people realize), just xylitol.
