One downside I noticed is that the distribution of fat can be somewhat uneven at times. While some may enjoy the occasional burst of richness, others might find it slightly inconsistent in texture.Despite this minor drawback, the overall taste and authenticity of this chorizo make it a worthwhile addition to any culinary exploration.
