Plain, but solid
Not the fanciest stout out and about, quite plain in taste with no strong coffee or chocolate or black forest gateau or whatever other fancy flavours indie brewers have been experimenting with. It makes for a fine substitute for Guiness forming a nice body and head for a perfectly pleasant drinking experience.If you like your basic mainstream stouts you could certainly do worse than giving this a try.
