Items arrived promptly with no problems, but the rubber band was missing from the package.

I thought this was a replacement bag but it is just the filter. I ended up going to Parts Warehouse to get the bags. The three stars are just for the description on the website not the actual bags.

Great quality products. I have always used koblenz products and I love them. Nothing like German technology.
