Great fit with superb support at a very reasonable cost. I can't wear OSFA because my hand and wrist are slender, so am grateful to have found this brace. After falling on ice this winter and tearing ligaments and stretching tendons, I needed a brace that would immobilize my thumb as well as my wrist. This was the only brace of about 15 that I tried that fit AND gave me the needed support for healing. Easy to adjust with velcro that stays put. I particularly like the lining that adds to the comfort - no chaffing. It also washes up nicely; just allow time for it to dry (a full day in winter) or buy a spare. I highly recommend.

I had awful “mommy wrist” (self diagnosed De Quervain's tenosynovitis and/or carpal tunnel) that was driving me crazy. It had been going on for awhile and was impacting my daily activities and even sleep. I tried another wrist brace but it didn’t do anything.This wrist brace was amazing! I liked that you could pick both size and right/left, this made it seem like I was getting the best possible fit. It was significantly more comfortable than I expected due to the addition of the soft blue inner lining. I didn’t over heat in it either. I liked that it had three straps so I could get exactly the level of tightness I wanted. Very comfortable with amazing support and stability. The band was quality too and didn’t seem like it would wear down that easily.One thing I did find somewhat annoying was that the stabilizer piece isn’t sewn into place so it can move in and out. I found myself pushing it back into place somewhat often if I wore it to bed.That being said…my pain got better almost immediately and went away completely within a few days to a week. And I had been suffering for awhile. So, I was so pleased with this purchase! I would recommend it to anyone with a similar issue.

I have a mild case of carpal tunnel and tendonitis in my thumb. I got this to wear at night to immobilize my wrist and thumb and to prevent me from bending it sharply while sleeping. Works great! Could use a little more padding on the inside, especially where the metal bars are. But it's truly not bad. And I love that it has metal bars versus plastic stays. And the bars themselves are actually adjustable.

I bought this brace to relieve pain from tendinitis in my left hand, and it has been a great help. The design is comfortable and fits very well (I got the Small/Medium size). This wrist/thumb brace is exactly what I was looking for. It is good quality, and it is very comfortable. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and I also tend to get a tendonitis in my thumb area. This splint (brace) keeps my wrist and thumb immobile during sleep, which is exactly what I need. It is also perfect for daytime use. It does keep the thumb immobile, which is necessary for some conditions such as tenosynovitis. It is very easy to put on and the straps stay in place. I like it so much that I am planning to buy one for my left hand as well. I would definitely buy it again. Make sure you measure your wrist prior to purchase. The size I purchased, S/M fits me perfectly.
