Charger ran quite warm (5.8a at 14.5v) so made sure there was plenty of air around it. After 80% charge battery dropped to 13.7v and after 5 days has stabilised at 13.5v. Good results. This is going in our UPS which previously had a 7ah battery (this is 30ah), a few adjustments and it works well. Be careful to get charging parameters right and maximum discharge. Email queries were dealt with immediately. This represents very good value and should give excellent longevity - limit maximum discharge to 20% and full charge to 80% and you can basically forget about it.

Much lighter for carrying than the old lead acid batteries I used to lug around, and it lasts much longer. Still 12 volts, still the same current draw from the transceiver but the LiFePO4 technology means there is no gradual voltage drop like in a SLAB. So for portable operations it just keeps going then drops off suddenly.Much more controllable from my perspective, and with a decent solar panel and charge controller I can use it all day long.

I am impressed with the quality of these batteries. I purchased just the one at first, as the price is a bit daunting. However I have since purchased another three as they are so light and the power output is fantastic for such a small amp hour. Intend to buy more. The delivery was prompt as well.

These batteries are really good value for money. 30ah means you need more but cost per Kw compared to anything else on the market is incomparable. The delivery was well under the stated time and the battery itself does exactly what it is supposed to do. Easy and effortless. Great product and great service. I'm building up a 120Ah system at 24 Volts so need a few more. I hope the price stays the same.

A bought 2 x Eco-Worthy 30AH batteries for my 12v trolling motor on my inflatable boat. Why?a. Because it is not easy to carry a 23kg Lead Iron leisure battery from the car to the water and I want the weight in my boat for other things (eg family, anchor, food, etc). Each Eco-Worthy battery is just 3.2kg and small which makes it easier to carry to the water and lighter in the boat.b. The recommended discharge level for a Leisure Battery is 50% therefore a 110AH battery give a real 55AH in use. Each 30AH Lithium batteries can be discharged to 10% giving 27AH each equating to 54AH for two - ie the same operating AH capacity at a lower weight and smaller size andc. One Eco-Worthy 30AH battery for the way out and one for the way back making the trip on the canal or river journey easier to plan forOverall, these batteries make boating much more accessible and easier, but same applies to camping or any venture where you need to transport your batteries manually.

During lockdown as a distraction I built a small scale solar charging system for all our battery based devices using some Renogy panels and a Victron solar charge controller, but I held off buying a decent battery as I had a lead acid one lying about that still had some life. Well fast forward to the summer and the lead acid cell was clearly limiting the capacity of the system as it was done. This battery is its replacement and it was a doddle to install and update the config on the Victron solar charge controller, and the system works very well again now. The new battery is very light in comparison too, which has made mounting it much easier. Very impressed so far.
