Terrible. Bought a pack of 4 'ropes'. I received 3, 1 was broken and they definitely are not ropes. They're made from poor quality chenille which isn't suitable for rats. Absolute scam.

Absolute rip off! Can’t be bothered to send them back. These should be £1 each or there abouts! Not £8. Rubbish

The listing title says “Climbing Ropes with Metal Buckle for Rat Ferret Parrot Sugar Glider” but these ropes had been chewed through within the first hour by my rats. The ‘ropes’. Are made of a soft, chenille type yarn which is knotted/plaited together to form the ‘rope’. At each end a metal clip is passed between the strands of the yarn before it is tied off, leaving loose ends. The ‘ropes’ have some stretch, so either need to be pulled very taut to support the weight of a larger animal such as a rat climbing on them, or need to be used with lighter or non-climbing animals. The product title also mentions Guinea pigs, which would have no use for these ‘ropes’. I can’t comment on the suitability of this item for sugar gliders, ferrets or parrots.

This is great. Fits small mammal cages like gerbils and hamsters and provides a bit of colour and something for them to play with. If you have a gerbil or hamster that chews a lot it won't last as long but if not it's a nice addition.
