Deliciousioso!
I purchased this as a gift for my sister. It was on deal of the day and very affordable. My sister went to Italy last year and brought back chocolates from Venchi for gifts. She is thrilled to receive the hot chocolate!

Delicious, lack of instructions, small amount
Venchi Cocoa is as delicious as Venchi chocolate. The issue is the lack of instructions, which can lead to a misuse of product, which is a very small amount for the price. Two Tablespoons per 1 cup of milk, stirring consistently or even constantly over medium low heat for about six minutes or until the hot chocolate starts to bubble and thicken. You can allow it to stay on the heat longer with constant stirring, careful not to burn it. It will continue to thicken, a silicon spatula is helpful to transfer all of the deliciousness into a mug. I like to add a pump or two of flavored syrup for variety. Although already rich, changing out a couple of ounces of milk for cream will make this absolutely decadent. There isn't a ton of sugar, but if you want to lessen it and are making a double batch for you and a friend, it's possible to substitute 1 tablespoon of the hot chocolate mix for 1 tablespoon of Venchi unsweetened cocoa powder, and it will still thicken with the 3 T of Cocoa powder to 2 cups of milk. I have only tried this with cows milk. I have no reason to believe it would react differently with coconut or other types of milk, but perhaps have a thickener on hand just in case.
