Strong chocolate flavor. I am using this to flavor home made ice cream made in the Ninja Creami. I am low/no oxalate so cannot use cocoa. The oxalate content of this has not been tested, however, I'm using less than a teaspoon to flavor a pint of ice cream and typically extracts are lower in general - I have not had any strong reactions. I have tried other flavorings and this has the best and strongest flavor which allows me to use less, as well have a robust chocolate flavor. I usually have it paired with Lorann's butter vanilla. My spouse is very picky and he also cannot tell that cocoa was not used - great product!

This is a great flavor. It adds a nice chocolatey flavor without any strange aftertaste or weird chemical smell. I use this to flavor homemade ice creams and it tastes great. The bottle also lasts quite a while even though it is small. I have made around 15 ice creams and have used maybe 40% of the bottle. It is very concentrated so you don't need to add too much to have a large impact on the flavor.

I really love this chocolate flavoring extract when I make my red velvet cake I do not put my cocoa powder in it I just used this chocolate flavor it is absolutely good
