It's hard to believe that wearing a hat in the sauna helps protect your hair but it really does! This one is very well made and comfortable. I can now get the benefits of sauna without my head sweating and my hair drying out. Really amazing!

Tries this last night and wow. Was in the steamroom for about 20 minutes and my head felt so much cooler. Was surprised to see when I took the hat off to shower that both it and my hair were dry! It was actually amazing for as much sweating as went on. Hat already had something of a hole in a seam where the stitches were super far apart when it arrived. Seems good otherwise. And for how well it worked and only being like $20 I'm not really mad about it. I wish I'd know of sauna hats sooner as I use the steamroom several times a week.

One of the best wool sauna hats on amazon! All the other listings are misleading due to not being 100% wool but rather fibers! P.S. DO NOT WASH THIS HAT, other negative reviews claim falling apart, and yes its 100% when its wet its fragile you need properly take care of it, my original one also has a fee holes because of improper treatment!
