It really does BOOST me up.
I have digestive problems which limit my intake of a variety of foods, and have led to a loss of weight. I drink Boost 2 or 3 times a day to add calories. The taste is very pleasant (only chocolate, of course) and I am grateful for this way of keeping myself healthy.

The only drawback is all those individual plastic containers( recyclable plastic but still where does it all go?)
