BEST!!! and customer service.
I like it. It's not too very hot but warm so good. function too. The only thing is that a controller is at the foot of the bed but no problem.

Best thing ever
I bought it for my husband who is always cold. He loves it and has been sleeping better and longer than before. Best thing I've ever gotten him

Remote cord too short
Everything works fine & it is a good weight & softness. The cord that connects the remote is connected to the pad at the feet and is too short to reach to the head. So I can’t adjust once o set it unless I want to get out of bed to reach the remote.

Worth the money
My grandmother has alot of body pain so she is always getting heating pads to keep her comfortable. This one is her 3rd heating pad and her absolute favorite. She has a twin size bed so i got her the smallest one that way she was easily able to take it off her bed and put it on her recliner as needed. She loves it so much she got my aunt one for Christmas!

The controller is located at the foot of the bed; makes no sense
The heated twin dual zone mattress pad works well and sits nice and flat on the bed, the range of temp settings is great as well as the modes of heating. I like that it has zone heating, for example, the foot area heats up more than the heart area BUT I am sending it back because the controller is located AT THE FOOT of the bed and it makes no sense. It may not seem like a big deal but if you are lying in bed, trying to go to sleep or almost asleep or barely awake at 3 am and decide you want to change the settings, you have to TOSS BACK THE COVERS, GET UP OUT OF BED, CROUCH OR CRAWL AROUND ON THE FLOOR and fumble around at the foot of the bed for the controller. No thanks

Worked great until...
Save your money and buy something else! It worked great the 3 times that I actually got to use it. Had a cervical steroid nerve block done today. Unfortunately I'm unable to heat my cervical spine as my Dr instructed because the heating pad died not even 5 minutes after turning it on and yes i an extremely careful about properly storing my belongings. As someone who suffers from long term chronic pain I need to be able to access all my resources at any given time. And of course since I orchard mine back in March it's too late to exchange it or get a refund so I'm just S.O.L. Betcha I won't be buying another one of these tho! I literally only got 3 used out of it. What a waste!

Brain-dead design. Very irritating to use.
Two design flaws doom this heating pad.1. BIGGEST FLAW - WILL DRIVE YOU NUTS - the controller, which you need to hold in your hand (to turn on, off, set temperature, timer, Dreamcozy mode), is located by the FOOT of the bed. That section of cord between the foot of the bed and the controller is far too short (less than 3 feet long). So if you need to adjust it in any way during the night, instead of having the controller on your nightstand where you can easily reach it, you have to get completely out of bed and fish around for the controller on the floor.2. And if that isn't enough to disrupt your sleep, the buttons you need to control it aren't backlit. If the braille method of figuring out which button is which doesn't work for you, you need to also turn on the bedroom light to see the buttons. This product got some things right - separate heating zone for feet vs body, elastic straps which will accommodate any mattress thickness, ability to ramp down heat level as night progresses. They could turn this into a winner by making the short section of cord 8 feet longer.

Perfect for a short neck or when you don't want a heating pad actually on your neck.
I chose this one because I have a short neck and the others that show a neck collar type of pad cover half my head and I don't need a heating pad on my head!! This one is perfect because it has no collar that goes up your neck, but you can still get it up next to your neck. I like it too because I can unsnap it and drape it over my arm or leg too. I have not used it for moist heat and have not washed it yet, and I've only had it for a couple of months, so I cannot say how long it will last or how it turns out after it's been washed, but I'm pleased with it so far. One thing to note is that I thought it was not working at first because it did not turn on when I pressed the power button, but you have to hold it down for a few seconds until the numbers appear.
