I'm really happy with this grill. I've cooked on it 20+ times in about 3 months and it's just so easy. The slow n sear basket makes indirect cooking setup fast and simple. The grates aren't showing any signs of rust, nor is the body. Cleaning it is easy, as is temp control. I originally purchased it for grilling mainly but now I also use it for smoking more often than my Weber Smokey Mountain because it's just so easy to setup.

I love my SnS kettle. Well built, heavy duty. Easy to dial in temps. Even fits a 16lb brisket.

It is all of the things the Weber Kettle should be. Spinable grate, a grate that opens on 1 side for charcoal/fire management, the thermometer on the "correct" side of the lid, and it includes a Slow and Sear charcoal holder. Yes, it's more expensive than a standard Weber Kettle but it comes with all of the items that you will wind up buying for a Weber Kettle when you get into the act of charcoal cooking.

Grill is great over all. However I've had it for about a week and have used it 4 times and the enamel on the lid has already chipped.Update to 5 Stars: I contacted SNS customer support and with in a few hours they shipped me a new lid. I can't say enough good things about this company. This is the first time actually leaving a review for anything.

Love it. My first charcoal grill (finally live in a place where I'm allowed to own and use one lol) and it's awesome. Love the Slow-n-Sear. The quality is awesome. It's sturdy and very simple to put together. The instructions are easy to follow and it can be done by one person...in a hot garage, in the middle of summer...in Las Vegas. If I can do it, YOU can do it. Cooking with the Slow-n-Sear is a breeze and let me tell you...I'm going to be cooking outside as often as is possible...especially in the dessert winters.

The grill came well packaged and no parts were damaged. The instruction booklet is clear and there are also several assembly videos on line. There is no customer service number to call so you have to use the provided email address. In my case no amount of work or watching online videos would help me assemble the ash sweep mechanism. It seemed to me that one of the parts provided was fabricated incorrectly. I did request and get a replacement part and was able to complete the assembly within 30 seconds of receiving the replacement part. I also did not receive the 2 nuts necessary to affix the thermometer and was provided that along with the replacement part. They do not provide extra nuts or bolts, so assemble where you can find a dropped nut. The ash can is annoyingly difficult to remove and replace on the holder, but perhaps they are all like this and I will get more adept with practice. The unit is heavier than I expected, and I think that’s a good thing.

Like other have stated, the instruction are not great but you can figure it out. Nice quality and I really enjoy cooking on it.
