This is the first book I've purchased that is going straight to the paper-recycling can
This is not a book.I don't really know what it is. A collection of definitions? But then why does it have a glossary? It is clear that the author, if we generously assume that this entire text was not generated by some screen-scraping process, does not know the purpose of a book. See, people read a book, especially a book with a title like "The Ultimate Guide To Diagnose And Fix Electronics", expecting to gain insight into problem-solving, or detailed descriptions of specific methods to diagnosing and fixing broken electronic devices. This "book" is just a list. Like the page of a domain-squatter put into print. Zero information. I have included for your enjoyment selections from the most technical chapters I could find. That's right: the rest of the 155 pages (about 30 pages of actual text, if printed normally) is *less* technical than this material.Guess I shoulda waited for the kindle edition to be available so I could look at a preview. At ten bucks, I'm not going drive to the post office to send it back; instead I am going to send it for pulping and get my moneysworth (heh) through the sheer satisfaction of writing this review.Fortunately, the other book on the subject I ordered (by Michael Geier) is excellent and meets my immediate needs for fixing electronics.

Unbrauchbar
Hätte besser auf die vorhandene Rezension hören sollen: großer Font, wenig Text; jede Menge Wiederholungen, kaum Information. Eigentlich eine Frechheit. Unglaublich, dass Amazon so etwas vertreibt. Kurzum: unbrauchbar, schade für's Papier.
