Besides this being a nice case and rugged enough to keep up with jumping from pickup to office multiple times a day. The customer service is great. The first case never made it even tho shipper said it did and after a bit of back and forth they sent a new one just to make sure I was taken care of.

I have a Dell 5440. This is an excellent fit, and very durable. It was a little difficult to install until I figured out that you need to start from 1 side of the cover, go around the top, then the other side rather than from the bottom of the case to the top

I missed the number by one letter - I ordered a case for my 5440 - didn't realize I own an E5440.... apparently a huge difference between the two models.That being said - I had to return the product. It is a really strong quality cover, seems to be just (snap on) install and go. There were no instructions on the installation so you have to just go with it. Would be a good idea to put a little piece of paper in the sleeve with information rather than a bar-code label on the outside that the USPS is going to just cover up with their label.I think for what it is it's a little over priced but since I can't use it I'm not that upset at it. Definitely would be better if I knew there was a difference and ordered the right cover. Apparently they don't sell one for the E5440 so I'm SOL...

It's well designed, is of quality materials, and is provided at a reasonable cost. It offers all of the functionality and protection required of such a product. It adds little bulk and very little weight, and installs easily straight out-of-the-box. It's a good choice for the protection of a valuable asset. Highly recommended.
