High pinch squeaking sound
I really had high hope on it. However, upon the first use, the machine started making this high pinch squeaking sound. I am not sure if it is from the engine or the roller itself, but my best guess is the engine. At some angle you can even see the engine is swinging a little. A smooth worked machine should not make this sound, this makes me question the quality. The whole point of buying a more expensive high end brand, it hope for a better product that last!
