Great little harness! Definitely well made and my dog seems to love it already. I ordered the large for my 19 lb beagle/dachshund/terrier mix. It fit perfectly for her solid body type. Medium would have been way too small. This harness is definitely made for smaller dogs. I love the velcro closure that gives it a bit of adjustability under the clasp. I put it on my dog just to get her used to it and she was comfortable, was able to move easily and had no issues with tugging on her leash. The teal mesh looks great and I'm very happy with this purchase even if it did arrive late. Not Amazon's fault, USPS isn't great these days!

The perfect style for a small neck-large girth 24lb Basenji-Rat Terrier! When I 1st rescued her, I didn't think she'd step into a harness easily so I ordered an over the head one with adjustable neck & girth straps. Owing to her small neck, longer torso & large girth, I could never get the straps adjusted well. Also, the straps kept rubbing behind her front legs. Then I decided to get this step in harness, in large to accommodate her girth. I'm always surprised that she's a large! Oh, my, goodness! This style suits her body shape so much better for it isn't reliant on the neck size and I can adjust the Velcro closure to ensure a decent fit. Having said that, I think my dog is actually between a M & a L. When the large is velcroed all the way, & even at an angle for a tighter fit, it's still a tad loose & she can slip out of it if she's trying very hard to back up as I'm holding the harness. The D-rings handle a locking carabiner or Nifty safety latch leash [in photo] well. The fabric seems very comfortable for her compared to nylon straps on harnesses. This doesn't rub against her front legs where she has very little fur. It's been a few months of daily use (for multiple walks each day; not worn at home) & is holding up very well. There has been no issue with the Velcro as others have mentioned. For anyone looking for a harness for a lean Basenji-Rat Terrier, Whippet, Italian greyhound shaped dog, this type of harness works so beautifully than trying to adjust multiple straps when most harnesses straps aren't even far enough apart for a long neck-to-torso. UPDATE: it been almost 9 months of daily wear - - she only wears it when we go out & not 24/7, so the harness is taken on/off multiple times per day. I've machine washed it many times, too, although I'm not sure that affects the Velcro significantly. The Velcro doesn't provide a strong hold anymore, but I'm not sure that I expected the Velcro to last forever. I plan to buy another, but to also sew on small strips of Velcro over the old Velcro on this used one as a backup. The price is extremely reasonable for the fit & comfort it provides, & the fabric & D-rings have held up to her tugging while on a heavy duty lead, so it's still 5-stars!

Easy to put on, great quality, super cute color, super comfy for my dog, and great fit. I’m not sure how adjustable the sizing is, but the medium worked great for my 27lb Lhasa apso/bichon frise mix. He’s a big solid guy, and it looks good on him. He doesn’t seem to mind it at all.

Good tough harness fit our little dachshund well after his back surgery. Has reflective strips and sturdy fastener and washes well.Thanks!

I've purchased several Voyager harnesses for my dogs. One is a 30 lbs and the other is 8. For my 30 lb dog, I purchased the large. It is a little bit big, but she has a large chest for running so I had to size up. The other dog is an 8 lb small dog and I got her an XS. They hold up well through washes. My 8 lb dog pulls like crazy and I've never had any trouble with and of the Voyager harnesses breaking. However, if my 30 lb. dog decided to pull very hard, it could be an issue, but she doesn't. The value for these harnesses really can't be beat. I've only purchased four because I like them so much and wanted Winter and Summer ones in different colors. If you've purchased from major retailers and aren't sure of what size to get, my 8lb. dog is a PetSmart Medium and a Pet Co small, back length 12". My 30 lb. dog gets a large from PetSmart and Pet Co,back length 17".

Bought this for my 21 lb cat. He's not fat, he's just big-boned. Anyway, we ordered this Air Dog Harness in the hopes that it would be easier to put on and he wouldn't be able to slip out of it as easy. It achieves both. He stays put just long enough to bring the harness up and on, it velcros quickly closed and it has tightening capability where the buckle snaps. It works well and he looks handsome in it. Love it!

This fits my Parson Russell terrier perfectly! It’s very light and well made. It can withstand the pulling when my dog sees a cat or rabbit. It was easy to put on and buckle, he has plenty of room around the legs and neck and I could tell he was comfortable because he prances when he’s happy!

The item itself is fine but the sizing is way out on the small side I bought large should just have fitted my dog who is medium but wouldn't go near him it didn't fit my other dog who is s/m I would say it would only fit a small to medium dog I fitted on my cavachon and poodle. So go up a size at the least.

Nice harness, easy to put on my dog. Provides a comforable fit, we use it specifically for long car rides where my dog is buckled in.

J’avais besoin d’un harnais sans clip de plastique sous les pattes car mon chien faisait des plaies lors de grandes marche. Ce harnais est parfait car il s’ajuste par le dos et offre du support pour son thorax. Très satisfait du produit. Le seul défaut est que la clip sur le dessus fait du bruit en marchant car les anses cognes sur la clip, mais sinon le harnais est parfait

Comfortable harness, love that it is step-in. Very easy to take on and off. Sizing seems to be a little off, size chart indicated I needed an xl but it was way too big. Thankfully I was able to return without issue. I reordered a l and it fits much better. For size comparison, my dog is a 9 month old French Bulldog and weighs about 25 lbs.
