10/10 I have a MSI Vector 16HX A13V and was reaching 70deg+ on Idle and 95deg+ whilst playing some games and higher CPU load.With the cooler running I now et 40deg on Idle +50-70(max)deg on ultra performance in game.I am blown away by how effective it is and wish I knew about this a while back as for too long I let my laptop suffer with high heat which is the killer of laptops.I highly reccomd this to anyone that has problems with high temps.

As described apart from being a loud fan, it says v2 quieter fan. But my last cooler had 6 fans and was quieter than this. Will get use to it though.

Pardon the pun, but this is a game changer! This allows my laptop to sustain higher fps constantly. My preferred level is 1200rpm, it's a good balance between noise and cooling. It's about as loud as the laptops built in fans at this setting. Before, the built in fans kept the 4070 in my galaxy book 4 ultra at 80 degrees average. At 1200rpm with the cooler on, it's a sustained 60 degrees with the highest workloads which is fantastic. I'm a content creator & photographer rendering a lot of video, so this is a must-have for when I travel now. Just goes into the seat pocket in the car.The lights are a little obnoxious, and I'd like the 7 segment display to be red not blue. When I queue up a load of jobs to run overnight, the blue is really bright. I feel like it's a bit pricey for what it is, it has a relatively cheap plastic build but I think all the r&d went into the fan motor & design. I don't like the rgb lighting that's on by default but it's possible to turn them off so that's really not a big deal.Be careful not to block the fan on your laptop with the foam pad or you'll notice little to no difference in temperatures. There is a sweet spot to find depending on what laptop you have, make sure you can feel the air leaving the laptop vents and it'll work fantastically.

I cannot recommend this cooling pad enough! Before using it, my Acer Predator Helios 300 with an i7-12700H and RTX 3070 Ti (150W) was constantly hitting 90-95°C, with 100% CPU utilization and major thermal throttling. The CPU would struggle at 2.7GHz, making performance inconsistent.After getting this amazing cooling pad, everything changed! The CPU now maxes out at only 80°C and boosts consistently to 4.3GHz or higher, never dropping below 4GHz. No more throttling whatsoever! The GPU also runs cooler and more efficiently, allowing me to overclock it from 1400MHz to over 1800MHz while keeping temperatures stable around 70°C.This cooling pad has unlocked the full potential of my laptop, ensuring smooth performance in even the most demanding games and workloads. If you have a high-performance gaming laptop and are struggling with overheating, this is an absolute must-have!5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In my experience it doesn't work. It made no difference to the temperature of a 2024 Gigabyte G5 KF5 Laptop CPU temp or the GPU temp.For its cost, it's not worth it. It's made of cheap plastic with a cheap plastic fan that on full speed will have your neighbours complaining, it's VERY loud! It HAS to be mains powered and the included lead is short which begins to defeat the purpose of a laptop all together as now you have to sit within 1.5 meters of a power socket!If you want a laptop cooler, buy a cheaper one as it will provide the same level of cooling which is none!

Absolute beast of a laptop cooler.Dropped temps on my lenovo legion (2022) by a whopping 40c on gpu and cpu.I play STALKER 2, DayZ ( heavily modded servers ) and no longer thermal throttling.Coming from the IETS 500 this cooler is better for cooling. Highly recommended.

This llano cooler is great, by far the best one I've used. I mostly use it on the lowest setting (300), ramping up the fans when I want to bring my System/CPU/GPU temps down, which I monitor with HWINFO and overlays.I can really see the temperatures drop down and stay steady, which allows my laptop to perform at higher clock speeds for longer. My laptop fans themselves can spin up to >5k rpm but with the cooler on and loads running on the computer, I don't see them going above 2,500RPM. Another benefit I am finding or rather feeling, is that between the keyboard and touchpad area on my laptop are no longer burning hot to the touch.The fan noise with my laptop on top does not bother me on the lower settings, it acts as white noise to me. The clamping system at the front to hook the laptop down is great too, I like that.With higher fan speeds, of course there is more noise, but really I don't need to use this cooler past a third of its potential output to get temperature drops and performance gains with which I am happy about. Its nice that it has so much headway for more cooling performance.The first product I received I noticed a ticking sound at low RPMs, which I didn't find mentioned in online reviews / video reviews. The performance was still fantastic but the noise was annoying. I spoke with support and they sent me a new one out, which I received today, and the noise is no longer, except the white noise of lower fan speeds(to me).Overall super happy with the cooler and the support from llano.
