The seller has since contacted me to offer a replacement - once receive will look at editing this review again.Upgraded from 0 stars because of the proactive follow-up.OLD REVIEW:If my mobile is in my trouser pocket the sound cuts out every 0.5seconds.If my mobile is held at waist outside of my packet - sound quality is good.Overall not fit for purpose which is disappointing because the non-bluetooth versions are top notch!

I heard good stuff about these headphones and the sound was loud and clear but they only work with mobile phones and will not pair with my computer , which is useless for me . Also they don't stay in that well .
