This is an ideal little toaster. Have only used it a couple of times so far but does the job well and cleans up easily. Instructions aren’t great but easy enough to figure out. Put to the highest setting for toasties and adjust to get the colour and crispness you desire for waffles. Expensive but so far worth it

I sent this back after one use. I am dubious whether it passes UK safety standards, I’d go so far as to say it is dangerous. The body of the toaster became super hot when in use, as did the heating dial and I burnt myself. The most minimal of filling oozes out and over the dial too. Although there are instructions, there is no information about best use of the variable heating dial.If you are looking for a sandwich toaster, do not even consider this. Even the minimal amount of cheese spills this pours out and goes everywhere. There are no little heated pockets of filling in the toasted sandwich. The toaster simply flattens the bread and it did not brown or make the bread crispy. We ended up eating hot bread with slices of ham with barely a hint of cheese.

I used this for couple of weeks as a waffle maker and toastie maker and it's great. Cleaning it is easy due to the removable plates. Storage is good, I can leave it in a cupboard as it doesn't take that much space. It's very good for Belgian waffles it only takes 5 minutes to cook. For classic waffles it feels it takes longer maybe 7-9 minutes.

Unfortunately I cannot leave a review, the sandwich maker arrived damaged so I had to return for a full refund. There was no option to request a replacement and the price had increased by ten pounds. Three stars given because I cannot comment on the performance of the item, and I am disappointed at not having the option for a replacement. Have now bought elsewhere.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Well worth the money. Would buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  The waffles turned out delicious and successful. I will use this device a lot in the future as I improvise different recipes. It heats up quickly and doesn't stick. It also has a higher power than other devices on the market, where the maximum is 900 watts while this one is 1200 watts.
