I’ve been taking this supplement for 3 months now. I can feel it’s helping my aching joints, I’m able to jog once or twice a week again.

2 years ago I was on the verge of having knee surgery for a torn meniscus, the pain being a real nuisance throughout the days, got a cortisone shot, which worked for 11 months , then a friend suggested cosaminASU as I was considering surgery again, so I did. I haven't felt A THING since! I am a doubting Thomas by nature but I am a firm believer of that product.

Then I started reading about the advanced formula, ASU, and he tried it. He says he does feel like the ASU gives him even more protection, so has continued with it instead of the DS.

I would be in a world of hurt without this product...my joints feel soooo much better. A capsule too rather than a horse pill.
