Amazing Product! Dumbfounded! The money I am saving on detergents, water and energy are incredible. And those savings are better for the environment! I have a LARGE family! Clothes are always stained & smelly. Prior to purchase, I spent a lot on quality detergent + Clorox 2. I washed in warm to Hot water, used more soap than recommended & always extra rinsed! Now, I use NO products, wash in Cold water, (I use both balls at the same time) No extra rinse! Clothes are cleaner! Recently, daughter had milk saturate her cloth purse in the car. She left it to sit car buried under a wet towel for a few days before I found it. Stunk! Washed in cold water w filthy floor rage, the milk towel, etc. One wash, cold water, looks new (years old & never washed before) & NO odor?Only Recommendation, was did I need to "charge" it in sun before first use? I did to be safe. Is it okay for delicates? So far, so good? I have an agitator, top load traditional washer not the trendier front load machine. I am going to give these as gifts!Any options for dishwasher???

These are excellent! I haven’t used detergent since December (it’s May). With 2 kids and 2 dogs in busy household, these work great. I tested it on a stinky dog blanket.....came out fresh. I tested it on white curtains, they came out clean. I tested it on a bath towel used to wipe down my car, perfect clean. So now it’s just trusted as my laundry cleaner and couldn’t be happier.

I have never liked my washer. It is always leaving trails of leftover soaps and lint on my clothes and dry spots. Since I have had the laundry balls, my laundry does not have any of that and it seems cleaner and fresher. I love the smell of the little pieces inside the laundry ball. Problem is the ball fell apart after month of washing and put little balls through out the laundry.

I was skeptical for sure... but it had so many positive reviews I thought "why not!" and I'm glad I did!After the first couple uses I wasn't too impressed... but I remind myself I love the earth and commit to doing my part when and where I can - I bought these within minutes of discovering them - then about the fourth wash something felt different, like they needed to be warmed up, so to say. And get this - now they've IMPROVED the overall smell of my washing machine! My daughter even said it doesn't smell rotten as we come in from the back yard anymore - and she doesn't know I began using these.For a typical load I just use the washer balls (and wool balls in the dryer). For towels and sheets I'll add in a dash of chlorine free bleach and a dash of fabric softener. Other than that, as they say, pre-treat stains as normal but these are better than detergent. I'm converted.

Really didn’t seem any different than if I had used nothing at all in the washer. I ordered 2, and used them at the same time in each load of laundry (and the loads were just average size). The balls got stuck under the edge of the agitator a couple of times and I really had to pull hard to get them out. I used them about a dozen times before I came to the conclusion that it was all hype. And yes, I used Spray N Wash on stains before washing. It’s just that things didn’t look clean..they looked dingy. And they still smelled a little (I have dogs, and blankets and such didn’t smell clean at all).I REALLY wanted these to work. REALLY. But I had to admit they didn’t. And I was afraid the way the balls got stuck under the edge of the agitator that it would break the machine.

I have had very good results using these laundry balls. I admit to having been quite skeptical, but these things really work. Clothes come out clean, in any water temp. No unwanted perfume smell. Clothes feel softer with each successive washing, as detergent buildup breaks down and is washed away. Use the wool dryer balls to really soften your clothes, and dry them quickly. Great combo.

We've been using this product for about a month now and I highly recommend it. This will save you money on laundry detergent and I also like that it's chemical free. For the price, this product is definitely worth a try. If you're worried that your clothes won't smell fresh or have a fragrance, use wool balls with a few drops of essential oils in the dryer.

I bought my eco-friendly laundry balls just about two months ago, and I'm finally ready to post my thoughts. The idea of reducing the use of laundry soap is quite appealing to me, so I'm extremely happy to cut way back on it. The results? Still getting clean clothes with these balls! I was concerned about not using hot water on my whites, but their suggestion of adding vinegar and baking soda did the trick.
