I have purchased, over the past several months, four 4.7 x 3.5 ceramic headstones from Bob's All Italian Headstones. The ceramic photos were reproduced from seventy-year-old pictures. I am extremely happy with Bob's work. The porcelain pictures are perfect in every detail.

As a professional photographer, my main concern about having a photo-tile done for my parents' headstone was a that the photo had to look perfect ...or else it would have driven my OCD nuts for the rest of my life to see. haha. Well, I picked the right company to entrust with such a personal memory. Bob's did it perfectly! The white-balance color tones came out just like the original photo (not to orange, not too cool, not too contrasty). Bob's personal touch and quick email responses certainly help put my mind at ease. One thing to note with this cemetery tiles (no matter which company), it's best to adhere to the headstone when it's above 60F for at least two weeks prior and two weeks after putting it on.I'm going to wait until springtime in CT to put on to ensure it stays for generations to come :)

Well, my family and I found these reviews to be spot on with even a little more dedication and commitment in their efforts to make sure we were satisfied. Bob (from “All Italian Imports”) personally contacted me a number of times to establish an open line of communication that was clear and free for my family and I to converse with him as we saw fit. Bob had to even spend a little extra time helping us with picture selections and refining the quality of the picture choice we made. He repeatedly encouraged us not to rush into any decisions regarding the picture memorial because he wanted to ensure we were satisfied with the tribute that would hopefully last for a lifetime. My family and I are just as pleased and impressed as the previous customers. We are certainly satisfied and eternally grateful for the care and concern Bob took with preserving the memory of our loved one. “All Italian Imports” is the place to go for the choice to pay tribute to a loved one who has departed but will remain in your heart forever. They graciously accepted our business and worked with as much heartfelt diligence as they would have for their very own loved ones. Update June 2024: Hi Bob - it's taken me awhile to write this. First off per above and my review posted on Amazon back in February - we love Henry's memorial headstone picture. We brought it to the cemetery to decide where to place it and I took a picture to post on Amazon. We didn't permanently attach it because we wanted to wait for warmer sunnier days. On Apr 30 we had electrical fire in our garage and half of our house where we lived for 34 years burned beyond repair (including our two cars). We were further traumatized losing most of Henry's childhood memories, medical records, notes and cards from friends, teachers, therapists, etc. thankfully all our photo albums were able to be salvaged. And of course that my husband and me and our little dog Zuzu got out of the house safely. After a couple weeks I realized his headstone picture was in my office (right by the garage) in the original package along with the self install kit. We were meeting with insurance adjusters and inventory guy on May 13 - Henry's angelversary. We were going room by room. I decided to look in the rubble of my office and I found the black and charred envelope. The picture was untouched - as good as when we originally opened the package. I can't begin to tell you what this meant to us finding this especially on his angelversary. Enclosed photo of my office so you can understand. Sadly the self install kit didn't survive the fire. I wondered if you could send us one and we'll be happy to pay. We are living at our other son's house: 4728 Rookwood Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
