WON"T TURN OFF!!!!! POS keeps us awake
This thing is absolute garbage.... and with the customer service I've had lately... I don't even care. Customer service has gone down the tubes for what seems like world wide.This thing won't shut off. I don't even want to go through the headache of getting to the UPS between 4-530 MDT.... to try and ship if off... I can't print a return slip... and there is no customer support available for this product despite the link available on the sales page.....BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU BUY OUT THERE!!
