It only works on vacuum textured pouches which they not mentioned on the description. You have to buy expensive dotted pouch for this machine. Not happy at all. We tried other plain vaccum pouches and its not working. At least it should be mentioned clearly that it works on particular pouch only.

They gave us a replacement of the product and arranged re delivery.vaccum sealing function is really good for any item but normal sealing is still not 10/10 Requires multiple attempts with breaks but manageable.
