Really helped my feet
At first, I thought these were expensive and what if they dont work. A few days in i was like oh, they hurt so bad. Turns out I needed to wear a bit more. My feet do not hurt anymore especially when I wake up. They may be expensive but even the over the counter ones are expensive and don't work at all. These though, they do work. Best purchase for me. The fit was great for my shoes. Definitely have the best arch support compared to other OTC ones. They aren't to thick and you don't notice them. Ease of walking is like a breeze- my knees, hips and feet do not hurt walking anymore. Durability, I can't really answer as I just got right around Thanksgiving, so hopefully they last longer than a month or so 😅 I've very heavy footed and they are holding up with that.

Great product
It feels great. At first my left foot felt a bit weird but I got used to them. I have bought many insoles in the past but these are wonderful.

Worth trying.
I was skeptical, but bought these under the recommendation of my podiatrist. At first they were clunky & uncomfortable, so you should use them in shoes with a bit of extra space, like a wider width or a deeper insole, to accommodate them. They do take a bit of getting used to & I was a bit clumsy in them for the first couple of weeks. Not sure if they needed to be broken in, but I did notice improvement in my PF pain. I’d use caution when walking on uneven surfaces until you’ve grown accustomed to having them in your shoes, as they definitely take a bit of getting used to.

Found The One
Where to begin with these insoles! I was experiencing sharp plantar faciitis on my left foot for about 2 weeks. I was getting impatient trying out everything just like alot of you may have then I Xstance found me on IG and the rest is history! Have only wore these insoles 3 days this week and my pain is gone and I have full mobility on my left foot with no limp in my step! If you're looking for fast acting insoles then look no further Xstance is your best bet!

Insole thick - uncomfortable
The insoles are thick, I cannot fit them in any of my current shoes for comfort. Once inserted, the shoe is too tight and raises my foot heel out of the shoe.

Best Insoles I've Tried
These are the best insoles I've used. (I've tried 2 or 3 other brands.) They are a bit pricey, but for me they're worth it. When my current pair wears out. I'll likely get another pair.

No, these things almost crippled me. I tried them and by day four I could barely walk my feet were so sore
